Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Think About This application ("App") operated by Samuel Foulger ("I", "me", or "my").

By purchasing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

The App allows you to:

- Store and manage personal quotes and affirmations

- Receive notifications with your quotes throughout the day

- Import quotes from CSV files and Kindle clippings

- Sync your content across your Apple devices via iCloud

- Track which quotes resonate with you

Requirements

To use the App, you need:

- An Apple device running a compatible version of iOS or watchOS

- An Apple ID with iCloud enabled for data synchronization

- Notification permissions enabled to receive quote notifications

Your Content

You retain ownership of all quotes, affirmations, and other content you create or import into the App ("Your Content").

You are solely responsible for Your Content. Please ensure you have the right to use any content you import, including quotes from books or other sources.

I do not access, review, or monitor Your Content. Your Content is stored on your devices and in your personal iCloud account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

- Store content that violates any applicable laws

- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

- Store content intended to harm others

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Samuel Foulger and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Purchases and Refunds

The App is available for a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Please contact Apple for any purchase or refund inquiries.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

I do not warrant that:

- The App will meet your specific requirements

- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

- Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAMUEL FOULGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

- Your use or inability to use the App

- Any unauthorized access to or use of your data

- Any interruption or cessation of the App's functionality

- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App

iCloud and Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple's iCloud service for data synchronization. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. I am not responsible for the availability, security, or functionality of iCloud or any other Apple services.

Changes to the App

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. I shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on the App Store listing. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your devices. These Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
